to those of you who don't know

innocently sitting downstairs the other day, the phone rings and i pick it up. the receiver informs me that i have a collect call from the jeffco county jail from "brent". now, my sister had made a friend in college by that name from colorado, and being the awful pessimist that i am, i thought to myself "hannah's brent?" and took the call. no, not hannah's brent, but a poor young man by the name of brant who had used his only phone call out of jail to call little old me (aka the wrong person). being the good samaritan that i am, i got the phone number of his friend david, called him and told him to go get brant out of jail. i am now seeking restitution for the $1.80 they charged my dad.
